I really wanted to take the time to write you and thank you for the incredible service which you and your staff have provided our company and me personally over the last 7 or so years.
I simply can't remember when I first started doing business with you. I do know that every computer in our office, every computer in my home (that I use) and may laptop have come from eGlobal Computers. This includes the very first computer we bought from you which is sitting in the corner of the office, unplugged gathering dust. Your service has always been efficient, polite, prompt, professional and cost effective for our company. Most importantly your tech guy has the patience of a saint with Tech-NO idiots like myself who get frustrated and manage to press the wrong button at the right time on a regular basis.
We often forget to tell or simply do not have time to thank the people who we do business with that they are doing a great job! We are more prone to take the time to tell people what a poor job they are doing!

There are so many computer stores in Vancouver and everyone can sells you a computer or parts at very competive price, so in addition to pricing, after sales service IS the key!
To me, eGlobal is a new store and after dealing with them on a few occasions, I must say I'm really very impressed with their after sales service, this is the store that would go the extra mile to take care of their customer!
I build computer for friends as a hobby and such I need to find a store that's competitive in their pricing as well as above average after sales service, eGlobal is not only such a store but their customer service is well above average, in fact excellent even to new customer such as myself.
One of the guy that works there "Kenneth" is both very knowledgeable and professional/understanding that I dealt with. I would highly recommend him if you need to get a PC or computer parts in the furure.

I ordered a case awhile ago around Christmas Time. Being in the hyper unpatient Christmas spirit I called one of the retail stores asking if my order was shipped or not. The gentlemen treated me with the utmost superior customer service. Great prices are one thing, great service is even better.

Superior service! I was able to get the best deal for what i want immediately. The sales representative was very patient with my decision making, making many phone calls so that i could get the best deal possible! I wish every computer store can be as good as eGlobal Computers.

It's been almost a year now that I've dealt with eGlobal and since then I have placed many, many orders not one of which I can complain about. Anytime there is a concern it is always promptly dealt with and always to my satisfaction. This company is a gem. Not to mention the fact that eGlobal prices are among the fairest I've seen on a consistent basis. If there is a lower price - they always price-match. Since you have started your own company at EGlobal I was, at first, reluctant to follow you over from Netlink because I felt prices at EGlobal were a bit on the high side. I just want to let you know that since I have started making purchases at EGlobal, recently, I have nothing but praise for the way you do business.
All of my orders have been filled promptly and everything has arrived in good condition, as I expected. Jeff, one of your sales personel is very nice to deal with and it's a pleasure to do business with someone you feel you can trust. All of my calls have been answered and I don't feel like just another consumer. You have made me feel more like an appreciated partner in business. So, even if some of your prices are somewhat higher, the personalized service is well worth every penny.

I am the computer IT guy at a small company and have dealt with eglobal ever since they first opened.
When you are in charge of a dozen computers and need to upgrade or replace over the years, you want a company that is reliable, quick, provides great prices and service. I find the guys a eglobal fantastic - from the sales to the tech support and system building. Very organized, good humoured and courteous.
It's a pleasure to walk in whenever I need some more gear for the office or home!

As a private computer consultant for many years I have used numerous local computer stores to obtain parts for my customers. Many have come and gone, and many offered substandard customer service and goods. Yes, their prices were lower than most but you get what you pay for. Many of them aren't around today, and were rarely ever flexible with their support.
Since finding EGlobal I have received nothing but the highest quality customer service, high quality components with the lowest defective parts ratio that I've ever found (computer parts are afterall not always perfect). Prices are just slightly higher than the competition, but to a positive degree you get what you pay for - great knowledgeable customer service/support and products that actually perform the way they were intended.
I hope EGlobal will be here for many years to come, and I will gladly take ALL of my business to them.

Hi I started buying from Eglobal as soon as Michael moved over from NCIX, his customer support and undying dedication to keeping me as a customer is the best i have found bar none. Yes sometimes you can find things a bit cheaper but to me the service after the sale is worth the few extra pennies.

I'd just like to let you know how much I appreciate your e-mailing me about this issue. I'm more than willing to believe that any site with the lack of professionalism that atic has shown has a bad reputation. You, on the other hand, have far exceeded my expectations as a first time buyer of computer components online.
