We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Any applicable taxes are calculated and payable on the price before rebate. All prices and specifications listed on the pages are subject to change without notice.

We accept VISA and MasterCard. If you do not want to use your credit card online from your home computer, you can get your order processed by calling to speak to a customer service representative at (604)872-8276 or by sending an e-mail to service@eglobalonline.com.

All our customers' information is stored in a database on a server that is not connected to the internet and is secured behind our internal security system. Safe Shopping Guarantee
In the unlikely event that your credit card is stolen and fraudulently used, please follow the reporting procedures defined by your credit card provider. Most credit card companies will cover all charges resulting from
unauthorized use or limit your liability to $50.
Eglobal Computers Inc. is doing everything possible to protect you, our valued customer, against the fraudulent use of your credit card: individuals or parties purchasing or attempting to
purchase products by fraudulent means of payment or the unauthorized use of credit cards will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Eglobal Computers Inc. reserves all rights and title to products until full payment is received.
Products on Promo
Once products on promo sold, they can't be refunded. If in any case, any of them are defective and not for customer's reason, they will be replaced as early as possible.
Return and exchange Products Purchased
For your convenience, please contact us at 1-866-792-1168 or
send us email at info@eglobalonline.com to request for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA
number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Simply return
the product in the same condition as when you purchased it, without all
manuals, accessories, and the packing slip unless specify by our customer
service representative.
We would be pleased to
exchange the product up to 15 days after you receive your order. This does
not apply when a price match is done.
Please note that refunds
are not available on opened software packages, video games, music CDs, DVD
movies, internal peripheral products (such as memory chips, modems, etc.) or
consumable products (such as printer toner cartridges). If defective, these
products may be exchanged within 15 days of receiving them. Shipping and
handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund
your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error
on our part.
All products (both
defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase
condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals
and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: In
the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused.
Special Orders
Special orders cannot be refund.
Errors and Misprints
We do our best to provide you with the most reliable and up to date information. If in any case that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our website. If you are shipped an incorrect product, we will accept the unit back and offer a full refund.
