Our Price match policy
We will match the price
advertised by authorized dealers located in Canada, including prices
advertised on the Internet.
The advertised item must
be of the same brand and model as the purchased product, must be new and
factory sealed, and subject to a manufacturer's warranty applicable in
Canada. Advertised prices must be in Canadian dollars. Our price match
policy does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, special
educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons,
premiums, free or bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity or limited
time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, and special financing
offers. All price match products will only hold the 7 days warranty from us
and the rest of the warranty will have to go through the manufacturer
directly, unless stated otherwise.

Methods of Payment
It's easy to make a
purchase at our web. For your convenience, we accept the VISA,
MasterCard, Prepaid Money order and Certified check. However we only accept
cards that have been issued in Canada or the United States. Please note that
all our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars. If you would rather not
use your credit card online from your home computer, you can have your order
processed by calling a customer service representative at 1-866-792-1168.

Return and exchange Products Purchased
For your convenience, Eglobal Computers Inc have a 15 day Satisfaction Guarantee,
all you have to do is to call us to request for a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2
business days before an RMA is issued to you.
IMPORTANT: Packages returned
without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days.
Simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it,
with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip unless specify by our
customer service representative.
We would be pleased to exchange or refund the product up to 15 days after
you receive your order. This does
not apply when a price match is done. Due to supplier and manufacturer
restrictions, some opened items will be non-refundable, and any return is
subject to prior approval from Eglobal Computers Inc. Items that are
unopened and still in its original shrink wrap and sealed, can be returned
without restriction, within 15 days of purchase, unless marked as otherwise.
All items returned to us must be shipped pre-paid.
Please note that refunds
are not available on opened software packages, video games, music CDs, DVD
movies, internal peripheral products (such as memory chips, modems, etc.) or
consumable products (such as printer toner cartridges). If defective, these
products may be exchanged within 15 days of receiving them. Shipping and
handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund
your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error
on our part. All approved return products will be subjected to a 20%
restocking fee.
All products (both
defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase
condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals
and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: In
the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused.

Limited warranty
Eglobal Computers Inc. warrants product(s)
to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 1 year on OEM items, and 30
days on RETAIL items from the original invoice date unless
otherwise restricted below or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy.
After that period, items are often covered
by a manufacturer's warranty, but will vary depending on the product in
question. Please refer to the manufacturer's web site for details.
ALL OEM CPU/processor products are
warranted for seven (7) days from the original invoice date, unless the CPU
is bundled in a Eglobal Computers Inc's computer system.
If your product is not functioning
properly upon arrival (DOA items), please contact us to get a RMA,
but this must be done no later than 15 days from purchase for DOA items. In
most instances, our representatives can assist you in diagnosing and
resolving your product problems. In the case of a defective product, Eglobal
Computers Inc. will replace the product with an exchange of the same item,
subject to in-stock availability.
To return a DOA product you will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us and
you will have to pay for shipping charges in returning the defective product to us.
Repaired or replacement items will be shipped back to you at our cost.
When you purchase any product from Eglobal
Computers Inc. you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against
defective merchandise. Most of our major manufacturers?policies require
that you contact them directly for assistance regarding their products.
These manufacturers will repair, return or replace them in accordance with
their own policies. Please contact the respective manufacturer for
additional details.
Physical damage to any product will void
all product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered
physical damage. Eglobal Computers Inc. will not honor warranty for CPU's
that have bent pins, cracked or chipped cores, burnt or otherwise sustained
any other type of physical damage.

Purchasing by Minors
For the protection of
our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the
legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please
have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Misprints
We do our best to
provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event
that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order
at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct
the error on our web site. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect
product, we will gladly accept the unit back and offer you a full refund.

Advertising Rebate Policy
Any applicable taxes are
calculated and payable on the price before rebate. Applicable postage must
be paid on mail-in rebates. Rebates payable in US dollars are subject to
currency fluctuations and may be subject to Canadian bank processing fees.
Eglobal Computers Inc is not responsible for manufacturer mail-in rebates.
